Build
We build the first version around real day to day work. The aim is to make the main tasks feel obvious and easy.
You will see progress early. We share updates, gather feedback, and adjust before small issues become big ones.
The focus stays tight so the result ships on time and is ready to use.
The regular check-ins kept everything moving, and being able to see the system take shape early made it easy to give feedback. It felt like the app was being built around how our swim school actually runs.

Deliver
We launch in a calm, steady way. The first version is released once it feels solid and ready for real use.
After launch, we stay close to make sure the team feels supported and confident using it.
Then we improve what matters most based on real feedback.
