Products.

The products here started the same way our client work does: a real business hitting the same wall over and over. When we watch enough companies half-solve a problem with spreadsheets and duct-taped tools, we build the product ourselves and run it as our own.

Owning the product changes how we build it. There's no deadline forcing a corner to be cut and no feature shipped just to close a deal. We use the same stack we use for client work, Next.js on the front and Supabase underneath, so every product inherits the same security and reliability decisions we'd make for a paying client. When a product needs a capability, we build it properly or we don't ship it.

The two of us maintain every product on this page, and we're the same people who answer support. When you report a bug, the person who wrote the code reads the email. That keeps the feedback loop short and the products honest: if something is annoying our users, it's annoying us by lunchtime.
