What the first version needs.

Bring the sheet and its rules: Start with one workflow. We map the fields, formulas, exceptions and people who use it, then agree what the first version needs to do.
Work from shared records: Replace repeated copying with forms, validation and permissions. Give each person the information and actions their role needs.
Move the data carefully: Clean and test a sample import, compare the results with your source and agree a cutover. Keep exports available for reporting and handover.

A clear scope before we build.

A first version can cover one shared register, the permissions around it and the reports your team uses. Data cleanup, historic imports, integrations and complex approval rules are scoped separately. If a better spreadsheet or an existing tool is enough, we will say so.

Can you work from Excel, Google Sheets or Airtable?

Yes. We review the existing records and rules, then agree how to export, clean and import the data. Macros, formulas and linked tables need to be understood rather than copied blindly.

Do we need to replace everything at once?

No. We can start with one workflow and plan how it coexists with the tools you keep. The proposal defines which system owns each record during the transition.

Can we still export our data?

Exports and reporting can be included in the scope. We agree the formats and fields your team needs before building the first version.
