A clear scope.
A working handover.
We agree the pages, content and customer journey before building. You review the design and the working site on desktop and mobile.
How we work out pricingShape the site
Page structure, content responsibilities, design and any booking or commerce connections are agreed in the scope.
Review as we build
Review working pages at agreed checkpoints. We gather feedback together and confirm any changes to scope before adding them.
Launch and hand over
Handover covers agreed editing tools, access and launch checks. Hosting and ongoing changes can be scoped separately.
Before we get started.
Can we edit the content ourselves?
Yes, where editing is part of the agreed scope. We choose a content system around the pages your team needs to update and include a walkthrough at handover.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. We first map your catalogue, variants, stock, shipping, tax and payment requirements, then choose the commerce setup. Platform subscriptions and payment fees are separate costs.
Can you replace our existing site?
Yes. We review the current pages, content, domain and integrations, then agree what moves across. URL redirects and launch timing are planned to reduce disruption.
What about search engines?
We cover agreed search fundamentals such as page titles, descriptions, crawlable content, redirects and performance. Ongoing content and search campaigns are separate work; rankings are not guaranteed.
Who handles hosting and future changes?
We agree who owns and pays for hosting before launch. We can scope ongoing support or quote for changes as you need them. Your handover includes the access and editing guidance agreed for your site.
Where should your next visitor go?
Tell Joe and Hayden what you have in mind, who it is for and what needs to work. We’ll help you find a useful starting point.
