Overview
QTB Advisory Group delivers consulting, project management and commercial services to organisations across the public and private sectors. The name comes from the three principles the firm works by: quality, trust and bespoke. The website needed to make those principles visible rather than just listing them, and give government and corporate clients a credible first look at the firm.
What needed to work
QTB works with government and corporate clients, and the people evaluating an advisory firm want specifics. What does it actually do? Who leads it? Can it be trusted with a procurement process or a governance review? The site needed to answer those questions in the firm's own words, without burying them under generic consulting copy.
It also had to cover a wide range of services clearly. QTB's work spans project and change management, management advisory, governance and risk, probity and procurement, community engagement and co-design, and organisational development. Each area needed enough detail to show real experience, such as combining PRINCE2 with agile methods, or probity advice on State and Commonwealth projects, while keeping the page easy to scan.
Finally, the next step had to be obvious. A visitor who is ready to talk should be able to book a time or call without hunting for contact details.
What we built
We built QTB a single-page site, part of our website design and development work, that reads top to bottom like a short briefing. It opens with the firm's position, "Our experience is your advantage", with a Schedule Us button and a LinkedIn link, so the main call to action is there from the first screen.
The three principles each get their own section, with QTB's explanation of what quality, trust and bespoke mean in practice. A message from Managing Director Jesse Trecco-Alexander introduces the person behind the firm and why he started it, which matters to clients who are choosing an advisor rather than buying a product.

The services section lays out each area of work with a short description of what QTB does and where it has experience, from health and human services to education and corporate projects. Phone and email details close the page.

The result is a site that does its job quietly. A procurement officer or a corporate decision-maker can find what QTB does, who runs it and how to get in touch in a few minutes, and feel confident enough to pick up the phone.
